Later, at 5:30 AM Eastern Time, S&P Global will release the final UK manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI). The PMI is projected to hit a six-month low of 50.3, consistent with the preliminary reading and a decrease from 51.5 recorded in September.
