FX.co ★ Slovenia Producer Prices Fall At Slower Rate

Producer prices in Slovenia continued to decline in November, according to data released on Friday by the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia. Industrial producer prices fell 0.4 percent year-on-year in November, a deceleration compared to the 1.3 percent decrease observed in October, marking an ongoing downward trend since January.

Domestic market product prices dropped 0.9 percent, contrasting with a slight 0.1 percent rise in prices for non-domestic markets. In sector-specific terms, electricity supply prices experienced a significant 2.1 percent annual decrease in November. The manufacturing and mining and quarrying sectors also saw a decline, with prices decreasing by 0.3 percent.

On a monthly basis, output prices showed resilience, climbing 0.5 percent, a notable shift from the 0.5 percent decrease recorded in October.
