Producer prices in Luxembourg experienced a year-on-year increase of 0.6% in February 2025, recovering from a 0.3% decline noted in the previous month. This signifies the first instance of growth in producer prices since June 2023, driven by rising costs in intermediate goods (0.9%), equipment goods (0.8%), and consumer goods (12.9%). Conversely, energy prices witnessed a decline of 9.1%. On a monthly scale, producer prices saw an uptick of 0.8% in February, bouncing back from a 0.5% decrease recorded in the previous period.
