Gaggan serves molecular and modern Indian cuisine. The restaurant is run by Indian chef Gaggan Anand. The dining area of Gaggan occupies two floors divided into several small closed rooms. The interior rooms are decorated with white colours, beige shades and with the neon purple illumination. Colorful decorative pillows make the restaurant even more cozy place.

The restaurant received one Michelin Star in 2000, and another one five years later. Mugaritz is also included in the highest rating such as the Repsol guide. It has been awarded many times for innovation in gastronomy.
Arpège (Paris, France)
Parisian restaurant Arpège takes the eight place in the list. This restaurant was awarded three Michelin Stars. They were received in 1996. The restaurant began its work in 1986 at rue de Varenne.
