Slovenia Consumer Mood Improves

In March 2025, the consumer confidence index in Slovenia improved to -28, recovering from February's fourteen-month low of -31. Consumers expressed a slightly more optimistic outlook for the country’s economy over the next 12 months, with the index rising from -43 to -39. Similarly, there was a less negative perception of household finances, improving from -22 to -19, major purchases from -34 to -30, and savings from -21 to -12. Despite these positive developments, there was a slight increase in concerns about future unemployment, which rose marginally from 26 to 27.
