The United States Department of Defense has announced a substantial contract award to Boeing Corporation (BA), valuing up to $615.76 million. This contract incorporates fixed-price incentive (firm-target), cost-plus-fixed-fee, and cost-reimbursable terms. The agreement is designated for the full-rate production of the F-15 Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System.

As detailed by the Defense Department, the contract entails procuring Group A and Group B kits, system engineering program management, and interim contractor support lay-in materials. The designated work locations are St. Louis, Missouri, and Nashua, New Hampshire, with an expected completion date of December 31, 2030. This contract was awarded through a sole source acquisition.
