Jack in the Box Inc. (JACK) announced on Thursday that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Brian Scott, will be stepping down from his position, effective November 20. Scott has chosen to pursue a new opportunity outside the restaurant industry. In response, the company has appointed Dawn Hooper to take on the role of principal financial officer starting November 1, and she will serve as interim CFO following Scott's departure.
