Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. (SEI) announced on Thursday that Kelly Price, the Chief Operating Officer, will retire from her role, effective December 31. Post-retirement, Price will act as an advisor to the company until the end of 2025. The company will initiate a search for her successor, considering both internal and external applicants.
