The Nordex Group has announced the successful installation of the world's first N175/6.X turbine at Burgerwindpark Janneby in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Featuring a rotor swept area of 24,053 square meters and a nominal capacity of up to 6.8 MW, the N175/6.X stands as Nordex's most powerful turbine designed for medium and light wind sites.

"The installation of the first N175/6.X marks a significant milestone for Nordex. This model is an extension of our extensively tested Delta4000 platform, utilizing validated components," stated Jose Luis Blanco, CEO of the Nordex Group.
