HashiCorp Inc. (HCP) has announced that its stockholders have approved the company's acquisition by IBM (IBM).

The transaction is anticipated to be finalized by the end of 2024, pending regulatory approvals and other standard closing conditions as outlined in the merger agreement.

In April 2024, IBM consented to acquire HashiCorp at $35 per share in cash, amounting to an enterprise value of $6.4 billion.
