US plans to impose sanctions against countries, importing oil from Iran

The United States is quite serious about relations with Iran. The White House Administration does not believe in the nuclear deal and urges other participants of this agreement to follow its example and break any trade ties with Tehran. For those who hesitate a new package of sanctions has been prepared, so the European, Chinese and Russian companies that buy Iranian crude oil can be subject to restrictions.

Donald Trump thinks that when countries import crude oil from Iran, they provide sponsor support to the regime which undermines the global security. The United States stands ready to take any possible measures to ensure safety even if they dent the country’s economic interests, as security matters are more important than commercial benefits. Unfortunately, some people do not share this opinion. Specially for them, US Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin presented a package of new sanctions, noting that even China will not be exempt from restrictions. In other words, the United States seamlessly pursues its goal of isolating Iran. However, the Russian media has quite a different point of view on this matter. It is under the illusion that nobody fears the US sanctions anymore as Washington has isolated itself.

So, why make fuss about all these harmless sanctions imposed by the isolated US? That is the question that only the Russian media can answer.
