US President Donald Trump has officially declared an end to the regulatory war against the crypto market waged by the Biden administration. According to Trump, it is time for Congress to pass laws so simple and clear that even grandmothers can figure out how to buy Bitcoin.

The president emphasized the need for clear and sensible regulations that would enable companies of all sizes—from emerging startups to major corporations—to invest in innovation with confidence, adding that he sees the crypto industry as one of the most exciting technological revolutions of the modern era.

Trump is convinced that cryptocurrencies and blockchain have the power to radically improve banking and payment systems, protect data privacy, and even boost the overall well-being of Americans. Clearly, he sees a future built on crypto.

Moreover, in Trump’s view, dollar-backed stablecoins will not just bring stability—they will help the dollar expand its global dominance.

“It's an honor to speak with you about how the United States is going to dominate crypto and the next generation of financial technologies. Together, we will make America the undisputed Bitcoin superpower and the crypto capital of the world,” Trump promised.

And these are not just empty words. Trump recently signed an executive order to create a national Bitcoin reserve that will house all crypto assets confiscated by the authorities. The president has thoughtfully proposed a separate fund for altcoins like ETH, SOL, XRP, and ADA.

And back in March, keeping up with the times, Trump filed a trademark application for his very own metaverse under the TRUMP brand. After all, if one is going to make America great again, why not start with virtual reality?
