Apple has ambitious plans to make new contributions of more than $430 billion and add 20,000 new jobs across the country over the next five years. "At this moment of recovery and rebuilding, Apple is doubling down on our commitment to US innovation and manufacturing with a generational investment reaching communities across all 50 states. The new initiative will cover almost all states of the country. Apple will invest in the construction of roads and schools, new offices, engineering centers, the development of 5G technologies, silicon engineering, artificial intelligence, the introduction of environmental innovations, support for education and research, the modernization of iOS applications, and much more.
