On December 8, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court demanding to review the presidential election results and invalidate them in four states - Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Recall that according to official data, Joe Biden bagged the victory in the following states, but Ken Paxton is confident that these states did not comply with the norms necessary for processing ballots, in particular those sent by mail. The very next day, 17 Republican states filed an appeal with the US Supreme Court in support of this claim. These are the states of Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Florida, Oklahoma, Kansas, North Dakota, Louisiana, Nebraska, Mississippi, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Utah.

Donald Trump has demanded that his name be included in the Texas lawsuit. Trump will act as a stakeholder. His campaign headquarters has already spent about $9 million to challenge the results of the recent presidential elections in the courts of several states.

It is also worth noting the fact that the video hosting YouTube, starting from December 9, has been blocking all videos that mention that Joe Biden falsified the results of the presidential election in his favor. YouTube has officially announced its decision, noting that any downloadable content that tarnishes Joe Biden's reputation is misleading.

At the same time, 106 members of the US House of Representatives from the Republican Party supported Ken Paxton's lawsuit to review the results of the presidential elections in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. The Republicans' appeal was signed by the so-called "friends of the court", that is, interested parties who are not direct participants in the proceedings, but at the same time have every right to submit a written appeal to the court expressing their opinion. Among other things, the Republicans, in their letter, draw attention to the fact that the obvious violations in the November 3 elections call into question not only the results but also the undeniable integrity of the American electoral system that existed before.

The official results of the US presidential elections have not yet been announced, but despite this, the leading US media have already announced the victory of Democratic Party Representative Joe Biden. And although Donald Trump refused to admit his defeat and tried to challenge the election results in court, most of his claims were rejected. The lawsuit in the Supreme court of the Attorney General of Texas says that the issue of Biden's unconditional victory in the election is not so clear.
