After managed to break below the lowest level last week and return back upwards on the 4 hour chart, then S&P 500 Volatility Index has the potential to strengthen above where this is confirmed by the appearance of Bullish 123 pattern followed by the appearance of Bullish Ross Hook (RH) along with the appearance of the deviation between the price movement with Stochastic Oscillator indicator, then #VIX has the potential to break its Ross Hook level on 13,61. If this level is successfully broken above and as long as there is no weakness untul breaks below the level 13,16, then #VIX will continue its strengthening to the level 13,60 as the main target and if the momentum as well as the volatility is supporting enough, then level 13,86 will be the next target to be aimed of.
