Vimeo, Inc. (VMEO) announced on Wednesday the appointment of Charlie Ungashick as the Chief Marketing Officer. Ungashick, who has been serving as interim CMO since January 2024, will now oversee the company's comprehensive marketing strategies across both consumer and commercial sectors.
In addition to his ongoing responsibilities, Ungashick will also spearhead the company's inaugural customer conference, Vimeo REFRAME, scheduled for later this month.
With over 20 years of experience, Ungashick’s background includes his role as CMO of Validity, a leader in the email optimization and CRM data sector, and as Head of Product at Applause, a market leader in crowdsourced software testing for applications, payments, websites, and smart devices.
Earlier in his career, Ungashick held positions in product management and sales at several rapidly growing technology firms.
