Trading plan for EUR/USD on February 19

COVID-19 incidence has now dropped to below 400,000 a day. The United States, in particular, has recorded less than 70,000 new cases, while Europe listed no higher than 25,000.

However, these declines are not related to vaccinations, at least except in US and Britain, where up to 20% of the population has been vaccinated.
