On USD/CAD, I wouldn't say that anything unusual happened, it just seems like everything froze and it's unclear where to expect a move, any outcome here would be logical to me. Yesterday's picture was very conducive to further upside, but I didn't really see much long-term potential in that. Or rather, distant potential. But for several days now, we've been seeing a compressed levels channel, which could indicate that we might not just expect a price breakout in any direction, but a sharp move with a strong follow-through. In this situation, with yesterday's decline or without it, I believe it would be better for a confident reversal to rewrite the minimum.
