The rating was composed among governors of 74 central banks from all over the world. 35 of them maintained their rankings, 26 central bankers went down by several points, and 13 of them managed to improve their results.

Global Finance has been publishing the rating of best central bankers for 22 years. Such criteria as inflation control, currency stability, and economic growth are applied. As a result, a governor gets a mark from A to F. A is the highest score.
