FX.co ★ Fights on approaches to Mosul

Currently, in the Syrian territories, there is a massive attack on Mosul, the so-called Iraqi capital of ISIS. The progress is slow, the groups of shock troops do not fit in the set time frame. The reason is enemy fortifications.

The Islamists are trying to hold territory and literally cling to every piece of land. In addition to counterattacking, the militants strengthen the city, ready to repel the attacks of the Iraqi military and its allies. One of such counterattacks is an arson of oil wells.

The barbaric attitude to foreign cultural objects most accurately describes actions of the ISIS militants. One of the evidences of such sharp rejection of other cultures and religions is the ruined reproduction of the famous painting "The Last Supper" - the faces of Jesus Christ and his apostles were completely erased.
