This diamond owes its unusual name to the Soviet heritage. It was mined during the Soviet Union in 1980. The 26th Congress of the CPSU weighing 342.57 carats has a lemon-yellow color. Nowadays it is stored in the Diamond Fund on the territory of the Moscow Kremlin and it is the largest diamond in this collection.
Alexander Pushkin
