Four Seasons Education (FEDU) announced a net income of RMB 3.0 million for the first half of fiscal 2025, a decrease from RMB 5.7 million in the same period the previous year. The net income per American Depositary Share (ADS) declined to RMB 1.42 from RMB 2.70. On an adjusted basis, net income stood at RMB 2.1 million, down from RMB 6.2 million, and adjusted net income per ADS was RMB 0.98 compared to RMB 2.93.
Revenue for the first half experienced a significant increase of 117.8%, reaching RMB 134.7 million compared to the prior year. This considerable growth was primarily fueled by the expansion in the tourism and non-academic tutoring sectors.
