Shanghai is the major city of the PRC located on the Yangtze River and one of the largest cities of the planet. Nowadays it is the most developed city of mainland China. According to the data of 2009, the city's population is equal to 3,050,728 people. Taking into account the suburban area, immediately adjacent to the capital, the number of residents achieves 13,356,715. Population of the capital and suburbs grows rapidly, mainly due to the immigration of illegal aliens from Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru.

Dacca is situated on the northern shore of the Buriganga River, almost in the very center of the country, being a river port and a center of water tourism. According to the data of 2006, the city's population is 9,724,976 people. Taking into account the suburbs it reaches 12,560,000.

Manilla is a capital and major city of the Central Region of the Republic of the Philippines located in the Philippine Islands in the Pacific Ocean. According to the data of 2009, the population of the city was equal to 12,285,000 people.

Moscow is a huge metropolis of 9 administrative districts, that include 120 administrative regions. It is the largest city of Russia and Europe by population size, a center of the Moscow city agglomeration with the population of 10.527 million people as of July 1, 2009. In addition, Moscow is among the top ten largest cities in the world.
