The first place in the championship among the car markets of Europe goes to Germany. As of the beginning of 2018, the volume of sales here is 7.4%. In February of this year, 261,749 vehicles were sold, experts note.

Italy

The second place in this ranking is held by Italy. The volume of sales of Italian cars for the past month amounted to 181,734 autos.

France

The honorable third place among the leading car market in Europe is occupied by France. Its automakers were able to sell 168,897 cars. The sales volume for February 2018 is 4.3%.

Russia

The fourth place in the list of the largest auto markets is taken by Russia. Last month, it confidently took this position, surpassing the volume of sales of cars in the UK and Spain. During the reporting period, according to experts, about 125,000 cars were sold.

Spain

The fifth place in this rating was awarded to Spain. The country closes the top five demonstrating sales growth of 13% compared to the previous months. In February 2018, Spain sold 110,474 cars.
