Deadly attacks ripped across Afghanistan on Tuesday, January 10, with two suicide bombings near the Afghan Parliament in Kabul. This attacks killed at least 38 people. Earlier, media reported 30 dead and 78 injured.
Two deadly explosions occured on the Darul-Aman street. The explosive device was detonated near the Afghan Parliament. It was a car bomb.
Presumably, the target of the suicide bomber was employees of the Afghan Parliament. Law enforcement agencies work out different versions of what happened.
It is not excluded that the attack claimed the life of the head of the local police. Responsibility for it was assumed by the militants group "Taliban", banned in Russia.
